At Deliciously Nutritious we believe it’s never too early to start eating healthy and learning how to cook. With over 15 years of experience working with children and families to encourage healthier lifestyles, Chef Melissa Sherwood’s culinary expertise ensures that our Deliciously Nutritious classes not only help families live the healthiest lifestyle possible, but they teach children life skills that they can carry with them throughout their lives into adulthood.

Our Healthy Eaters and Little Readers program is designed to promote literacy while opening children’s minds and palates to the wonderful world of food.

Whether you have a picky eater or a budding young chef at home, our classes encourage young children to try new foods, follow instructions, work as a team and have a wonderful time cooking. During each class we will tune into our inner chefs, use our STEM skills, and creativity as we take our taste buds on a culinary journey around the world.

These are parent and child classes. Dads and caregivers are welcome.
