Calling all of my Baking Elves...it's time to head to the North Pole and bake our little hearts out. Christmas cookies are what we are all about as we sip hot cocoa, listen to holiday music and make and decorate a variety of holiday cookies that even Santa would be proud of and more importantly, happy to eat. Each student will carry home dozens of cookies to share with friends and family or to give as a gift. They will also make a special gift to share, that will be a fun family activity over the holiday. Class fee $72

We're rolling up our sleeves, calculating, configuring, mixing and measuring. Using our math, chemistry, engineering, physics and art skills to create, predict, compare and evaluate outcomes. Each week children will eat what they have created, as we learn how our food is grown, sourced & processed. We will also take a look at why our ingredients effect the taste, texture and look of our creations. Cooking uses so many of our STEAM skills and we will apply those skills to create the most healthy and delicious offerings. This class is designed for children grades K-8. These clases are not designed for children with severe food allergies as we will be using ingredient that may contain or are made in a factory with dairy, wheat, eggs and nuts.
Cooking Club Dates: Jan. 9th, 16th, 23rd, & 30th, Feb. 6th, 20th & 27th and March 5th

Our Healthy Eaters and Little Readers program is designed to promote literacy while opening children’s minds and palates to the wonderful world of food.
Whether you have a picky eater or a budding young chef at home, our classes encourage young children to try new foods, follow instructions, work as a team and have a wonderful time cooking. During each class we will tune into our inner chefs, use our STEAM skills, and creativity as we take our taste buds on a culinary journey around the world. For this Food Adventurer Edition, we will be focused on Food Themed Stories and Handmade Healthy Edible Treats, with an emphasis on trying new foods and becoming a Food Adventurer. Each week your child will carry home a delicious healthy treat to share with your family and friends.
